Dear f- list. I have finally discovered Life on Mars. Point me to the fic please.


(I knew I'd get round to it, eventually. My complete disenfranchisement with the universe, the need for something new, a rapid streaming link, and avoidance of washing up all played their part. I watched the lot from Tuesday night onwards. In fact, the whole of season 1 on Tuesday night. I haven't yet done the washing up.

I... don't think I can personally slash it though. Gene reminds me too much of my stepdad and his family. Still, I'll read anything. Except fluff.  Gimmee ANGST  and PAIN, coz Sam is made for breaking.)


Just what I need, another bloody fandom.

Oh love, I have written at least twenty LoM fics, and I am not patting myself on the back or anything, but I think my best stuff is in that fandom. You can access them from my main page under the links, they are almost all Sam/Gene angst (I wrote a werewolf!Gene fic that might be right up your alley, it's bloody and dark but you may like it...) And I have this affinity for Sam!wanking fics....Also lifeon1973 is full of stuff, best comm I've ever been a part of, check out my friend severinne, she is one of the best writers I know...Also, they just had a rec week, so you could start there.

Oh, don't worry, I finished season 2 this afternoon :)
